My family absolutely loves Mickey & T’s Taste of Jamaica seasoning. We shorten the name to Jerk Seasoning. It’s particularly good on chicken wings, literally get overwhelming compliments at parties. We also use on other cuts of chicken and pork for our everyday meals. We do not do the “paste” method shown on our current container, just sprinkle it on liberally and go. We do add a little salt, we like that we get to control the salt level vs. it already being in the blend. You can not go wrong with this seasoning, I’m so glad we can still get it.
