Social Media Content Creator
Smash Seasonings is growing, and we’re looking to hire a full-time Social Media & Content Creator to help tell our story, create fun food-focused content, and grow our brands online.
What This Person Will Do:
- Create videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Help grow and manage our presence on TikTok Shop
- Capture content at events, festivals, in-store, and behind the scenes
- Showcase burgers, steak, snacks, seasonings, customers, and real food moments
- Engage with our online community
- Help turn followers into customers through creative content
Who We’re Looking For:
- Creative and self-motivated
- Understands social media trends and short-form video
- Comfortable filming, editing, and possibly being on camera
- Loves food and knows how to make people crave it online
- Excited to help build growing Michigan-based brands
We offer competitive pay plus performance bonuses for achieving growth goals. Bonuses may be tied to things like follower growth, viral content, engagement, and sales through TikTok Shop.
This is a full-time position based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
