About Smash Seasonings
Smash Seasonings is a fast-growing brand that creates bold, full-flavor, low-sodium seasonings, rubs, and sauces. Our products are sold online, in retail stores, and at events—and now we’re looking for a creative and motivated student or entry-level creator to help us level up our social media game!
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to work directly with our team to make short-form and long-form video content and eye-catching social media graphics. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build real-world experience in content creation, marketing, and brand storytelling.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, shoot, and edit fun and engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Help create longer video content for YouTube and Facebook.
- Design social media graphics for posts, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Stay on top of trends, viral content, and social media best practices to help us grow.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing creative marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content for different platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
Who You Are:
- A student or recent grad looking for experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital design.
- Skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for creating social media graphics.
- Active on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—you know what’s trending!
- Passionate about food, cooking, and storytelling (a bonus but not required!).
- Comfortable working independently and bringing creative ideas to life.
