- 4 cups Broccoli Diced
- 4 cups Cheddar Cheese Buy the block cheese and shred yourself for a more creamy texture.
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Corn Starch
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Celery Diced
- 1/2 cup Onion Diced
